8 firm white fish fillets (such as sea bass or sea bream)
1 tbsp olive oil
a few sprigs of fresh thyme or rosemary
2 lemons, halved
1 x 170g jar alden's Mojo Verde
Season and lightly oil the fish before placing on the grill.When nearly cooked drizzle some alden's Mojo Verde sauce across the fish. Turn over and repeat on the other side. Serve and enjoy.
