340g (340g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 or 3 chicken filets, depending on size
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
59ml (60ml) Edie Prik Pao
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 or 3 sliced chillies for decoration if you dare
1. Slice the chicken breasts diagonally into strips about 1/3-inch (1cm) wide. Put them in a bowl, seasoning them with a little salt.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, Prik Pao and oyster sauce.
3. Continue to cook everything together, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
