Tuna and Anchovies Pate – Pintxo a delicious Spanish snack

This Pintxo couldn’t be easier, it’s a piece of toast. 4 ingredients and 10 minutes is all you need to make this Tuna and Anchovies Pate. A delicious pintxo or appetizer to enjoy with friends.


  • 1 Tuna can

  • 4 anchovies

  • 2 tablespoon cottage cheese

  • 1 boiled egg


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend it until you get an even and creamy texture.

  2. Transfer to a jar and keep in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.

  3. Spread on a toast and enjoy it!
